The Dancing with Eternity
Program
“Birth and death -- intimately
connected -- are life’s two most significant
spiritual and physical transitions.”
This is a 5 phase transformative
program that helps us explore and develop an educated
attitude about our own death. You will deepen your knowledge
about the relationship between physical and emotional
pain at the end of life. You will learn about modern
psycho-spiritual approaches such as recognizing and healing
the four emotional pains of dying, coma work, transformation
of pain, and guided visualizations.
You will explore the
ancient wisdom and insights brought to us through sacred
teachings from the Tibetan, Egyptian, and Mayan Books
of the Dead, and the Celtic, Greco-Roman, Judeo-Christian,
and Islamic spiritual traditions. You will also explore
the ancient mystical tradition of shamanism which embraces
teachings that prepare us for a peaceful death and
for helping others. You will explore and discuss ethical issues and dilemmas
around medical interventions, burial practices, living
wills, and medical and spiritual abuse.
